Processing Times: Processing time for all orders is 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) Holidays not included. Processing times can fluctuate due to high volume of orders. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not begin processing until Monday morning.
Shipping Info: All of our packages are shipped through USPS. The standard shipping for all orders is 3-5 business days excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with the tracking information. Once the carrier receives the package, we are not responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing.

Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf. In the event that a return is needed, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. The cosmetic products must be in its original state and packaging. Items that have been used, applied, or altered in any way will not be accepted due to public safety and sanitation reasons. Once your return has been received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or denied. If the return is accepted your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded.
